Mohli byste,

Vy sebestřední nomádové, na chvíli přestat mlet o svých potomcích?

Zemřel předčasně krásný a zvláštní člověk, o kterém  jsou ochotny mlet zase jiné skupiny.

Ptáčku,máte dceru?

Kdybyste měl,tak se takto neptáte.Pochopitelně jsem měl na mysli mluvnickou metaforu co se týče slovního obratu "na držku",ale snad každý s IQ nad 100 pochopí,že jsem myslel,neubližovat mé mé dceři,i když mi ten šamstr zrovna nevoní,ale dcera kvůli tomu mojí dcerou být nepřestane.

Zemřel Pavel Kočí, náš spoludebatér. Měl jsem štěstí, jako mnozí z Vás, to půvabné stvoření, které nemohlo být vílou, protože bylo mužem, poznat.

Russia and Transdniester: two “truths” of the Kremlin

At the same time the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation offers “alternative” forms of establishment of relations with Transdniester, in particular, signing of “documents about intentions” (memorandums, communiqué, etc.) with Transdniester representatives that are supplemented by direct contacts in economic, cultural, scientific and other areas between concerned parties. “In order to encourage development and coordination of such contacts the concerned parties could establish legal entities, e.g. non-commercial organizations which would also provide intermediary and information services mentioned in their papers of regulations. Transdniester’s authorities could personally or with the help of authorized persons participate in activity of such organizations and their governing bodies. To avoid uncertainty and collisions such organizations are apparently to be established in the territory of the Russian Federation and according to its legislation”.

In particular the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation does not recommend to use the practice of giving to such documents (including the form) the status of the international agreements according to the 15 July 1995 Federal Law “On international agreements of the Russian Federation” while concluding the interdepartmental treaties on cooperation with Transdniester. Herewith during the preparation of the aforementioned bilateral agreements the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation insists on inadmissibility of the usage of: requisites applied for traditional international agreements (treaty/contract). Instead of that one should use such titles: a memorandum, a communiqué, a protocol, a declaration of intent. It’s also undesirable to use following formulations: “internal legislation”, “legislation of the Parties”, “harmonization of legislation”, “statutory (regulatory legal, technical) acts (materials, documents) of the Parties”, “state bodies”. There are also other “recommendations”. Thus, the name “Transdniestrian Moldavian Republic” can not be used in documents, and the Party should be named as Transdniester or Transdniester (the Republic of Moldova), or Transdniester region.

As a popular wisdom goes, one person can be constantly deceived, a part of population may be deceived for a long period of time, but the nation should reveal trickery immediately. There is no information in popular wisdom about the durations of tricking with the international community. Russia is known to have been tricking not only I. Smirnov, but the overwhelming majority of Transdniester population for more than 15 years. It had be known to I. Smirnov and the majority of Transdniester citizens. It is clear why I. Smirnov doesn’t rebel against it – he is eager to stay in power. It may be pleasant for the majority of Transdniester population be tricked, maybe, it is an easy way of living. Nevertheless it is strange that the international community, primarily the OSCE and the European Union deceive themselves. Is it likely that the tricking is invisible under the “gas” curtain? Would you like some examples? Here you are. A very interesting document appeared recently in the Embassy of Russia to the Republic of Moldova. It contains some directions recommendations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation how to conclude an interdepartmental agreement in different spheres of cooperation between Russian and Transdniester parties. Even a casual perusal of this document testifies to the application of double standards by Russia towards the Transdniester conflict settlement. Declaring the commitment to maintenance of the territorial integrity of Moldova in the international arena and recognizing that Transdniester is not a state and doesn’t have international personality of a state, the Kremlin is trying to find the ways of legitimizing the establishment of relations with Tiraspol on the bilateral basis beyond the legal framework of the Republic of Moldova, the CIS and the international law in general.
