CENY: Ceny Ditmar 2009
Ceny Ditmar se každoročně udělují tomu a těm nejlepším za rok 2008 v Austrálii. Vítězové byli oznámeni na 48. australském národním setkání s názvem Conjecture, které proběhl minulý víkend v Adelaide...
Některé z autorů a výtvarníků zajisté známe také v českých překladech. Za zmínku stojí například Sean Williams, kterému v češtině vyšel román Ztracené slunce (spoluautor Shane Dix) a několik povídek (TKD, Pevnost, Ikarie). Dalším z v češtině publikovaných autorů byl Robert Hood s povídkou Vy jste nemocný, pane Antwhistle (The year's best horror, And Classic 1994).
Relativně malý australský trh má neskonalou výhodu angličtiny, takže není nemožné, že se s níže uvedenými autory můžeme setkávat v českém překladu stále častěji.
